Q. How long does shipping take?
A. In-stock items ship within 3 business days.
Custom orders are ready 10–14 working days after design approval, then shipped.
Delivery takes about 3 business days within Thailand and 7–10 business days internationally, depending on destination.
Q. Are there import taxes or duties?
A. No additional taxes apply for orders within Thailand. International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties depending on your country's customs regulations. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Sizing
Q. Do you offer ring resizing?
A. Yes. SVS Jewelry offers a complimentary resizing service for the first resize per order. The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways, including insurance and any applicable taxes or fees.

A. We recommend visiting a local jeweler for an accurate measurement. Alternatively, measure the diameter of a ring you currently wear and use an international ring size chart to determine your size.
